I always have great difficulty being in the now. My mind is always wondering over many days of the past or on future events and days to come. For me it is challenging to be present, to be in the now.
Your reflections on “now” resonated deeply with me. There is such grace, balance, and rhythm in your audio readings that listening to you often feels like listening to my mother somehow — though from another country and another life entirely. Thank you for creating these quiet moments that invite us to simply be present, to be in NOW.
Wow…That was amazing!!!

I like your poem, Erika. I would say it is a meditation on the self, and as always it is very perceptive and sensitive.
